I can appreciate that one Rose, I often need guidance and having faith in something that provides that guidance and support is important for me to remember.  Thanks - it's a keeper!

this one is really helpful:
"o great spirit, whose voice i hear in the wind and whose breath gives life to all the earth, hear me, i am one of your children, i need your guidance and support."

Happiness lies within

I add - "somewhere".

I came across this quote in a book the other day and thought I'd post it somewhere:

"You are not what you seem to be in moments of sadness. You are better than that"

I have written it in my journal and read it over and over when I feel really miserable and sad. I know it's just a silly quote but it gives me a little ray of hope in my darkness.....
