Kittcat,

You got it! Yes, it's likely you'll feel the need to complete both. Each lesson builds on the last.

Keep at it!

Hi Kittcat,
Oh the endless thought records! Hang in there, you do 'get it' eventually.

Sometimes you get so many thoughts doing just one little thing and its hard to know which thought is the biggest one.

Just ask questions all the time if you get stuck, the people on here are so helpful and  Danielle & co are always on hand to guide you.

Well done for coming this far. x

So far, not really.  Because I'm not sure what we're going to do with them.  But I'm sure it has a purpose.  Just like the activity schedule did.  I find I still need to keep doing the activity schedule in order to do the thought records because the activity schedule helps me pinpoint the fluctuations in my mood.

Hi Kittcat,

Yes, quite normal.

Eye opening isn't it?

Do you find it's helping to keep track?

So I started doing thought records today and was pretty overwhelmed by the amount I filled out.  SIX for one day!!  Is this normal?  Hopefully this decreases over time, because it's a lot of work!  Which I guess is worth it in the end if it decreases my depression, so don't mind me-I'm just whining!
