Hi elevenoceans, Thanks for stopping by with an update as to how you are doing. Finding insight into how you are feeling is an important step in overcoming these feelings. If you have not already done so, please be sure to take advantage of the free online program here to help with your current concerns. Many here have had great success with this. Take your time and work at your own pace through the exercises. Keep us posted, Casey __________________________________ The Depression Center Support Team

Hello, For a while I haven't post on this wonderful community but I realized I had to tell how I am feeling at this moment. I discovered my depression had a routine. I am almost all the time "feeling normal" but about 2 times a month without aparent reason I feel with severe depression and miserable. Today is one of those moments and I only want to cry. I think that my life is not easy and I am worried about my future. Even in my job I am not motivated. Moreover, I am getting merried next year and I have afraid this problem could prejudice my relationship. It is all for now and thanks for reading. Nuno
