Sharon thank you soo much! I'm 17 and I've been depressed for the past 2 years.. horrible incident at school and now I'm showing signs of other things as well.. which scare the hell right out of me. I'm too scared of going to a doctor about this because I already feel like a failure enough.. I dropped out of school and I quit work from the stress.. so I think if I go and get diagnosed.. it would just put me over the edge.. thankfully I have a wonderful boyfriend.. but even our relationships been takin stress on and everything else because of my depression..

Cas, Welcome to the family. I have been struggling with major depression , anixety and agoraphobia for the past year. The depression apparently began when I was a teenager and it has just shown its ugly head, 20 years later. I am dealing with it through therpay and medication. It took a while for both to work but I am on my way to recovery. Anytime you need to vent or you just want to talk, let me know. Take care Sharon

Hi Cas, Welcome to the site. As you work through the program you will be able to access previous sessions. When you log into the site and are in your "session diary", you will see a box with several tabs in it, i.e. session tools and worksheets, mood tracker results, etc.. and the last one to the left is "Your Progress - session results". Clicking here will allow you to view all of your completed sessions with the exception of session one. You will see an icon directly below the date when you first log in which says, click here to start your next session. This will then take you through the next step of the program. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance. We can be reached directly via the feedback link for any technical concerns.
