After reading a book about changing our Negative Thoughts; I came to a conclusion in my own case anyway; that it is my Negative Feelings that come first, and then I get Negative Thoughts. It is interesting that in the Japanese language, they do not separate Thoughts and Feelings the way we do in English. There are many words in Japanese that indicate that our feelings and thoughts are combined in many different ways; and it is not just Negative thoughts of the mind, but Negative thoughts of the heart or feelings that start me off in the wrong direction leading to depressive thoughts. Anyone out there have any thoughts or feelings about that?
