Debbie, You are asking some very valid questions that someone such as a qualified therapist could help you answer. Have you considered talking to one? If not, please consider doing so - feeling like dying (obviously)is a very serious matter. There are some good books on the subject and helpful web sites - such as this one, but please help yourself by talking to a professional. You are worth it. You're children are worth it. Please write and let us know how you are coming along and how we can help you in any way. Take care of yourself.

Why do i feel so guilty about things that i've done in the past. My marriage for many years was unstable resulting in quite a few indescretions, which i am not excusing, i know all the reasons, i have anorexia and manic depression which i have suffered with for years, but i have so much to live for, two beautiful healthy children and a wonderful husband, the latter i have only recently realised. I have spoke to him and he says let the past go, and move on, he loves me and forgives me, but why can't i get rid of my negative thoughts. Feel like dying if wasn't for my kids.....!
