I have just found out about the four basic learning styles, Visual, Aural, Read/Write, and Kinesthetic. I came out with a high Visual learning style, right brain type learning style. This is quite different than most people and is not the style taught in most schools in north America. This difference from others may contribute to feeling misunderstood, like no one understands you and lonliness leading to depression. If you would like to try the test online, it is http://vark-learn.com.
