Feeling Palpitations

7 years ago 0 11210 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Welcome lacer0311,

As you have had your physical health thoroughly checked I would trust the advice of the doctors. All the symptoms you mentioned can certainly be related to panic an anxiety. How have you been trying to manage these symptoms so far?

If you haven't started already, I encourage you to start working on the program. It will help with you panic and anxiety symptoms. Have you had a chance to get started yet? Any questions or comments so far?

Hi-
I am new to this group but hoping someone else can relate to my symptoms because I feel like I am alone and crazy! I get palpitations and feel like I am having a heart attack. I get rushes of warm sensations throughout my body and head. I am scared I am about to die. Here is the kicker, I have had a full cardiology work up with stress test and ultrasound of my heart before and after exercise all normal! I also had a CT scan and MRA of my brain thinking I could die of an anuyersm at any moment. I know I seem crazy and you would think the test results would make me feel better but they don't and I am tired of living my life this way. I have diagnosed with chronic panic disorder and PTSD related to a deployment. Can someone please tell me I am not alone and that I am probobaly ok?Anyone deal with this and come out on the other end ok?

Thanks
