Hi Rydys,

Your meeting is today! I would suggest checking out the section on relaxation techniques and use the 10 questions in challenging negativity to help you cope. I hope you were able to find some coping mechanisms.

How did it go?

I just signed up to start this program, but need some advise. I have to go to an important meeting next tuesday.  I'm afraid of heights (even if I can't see down, just knowing I'm up there) and elevators.  The meeting is being held on the 10th floor of a building in manhatten.  I'm losing sleep just thinking about it.

Any advice for getting through this?  I know this program takes time but if anyone has any tips I'd appreciate it.
