Hi Davit,

Thanks for showing a interest in my project..It is not finished quite yet.
Still have to/need to/I mean want to, quilt the quilt top on the sewing machine and then put on a binding but thought I would put this pic up for you of my work in progress..Since you took the time to respond, I really wanted to share it with you.

You know I think this period of clarity is going to last. I have spent the last few days getting to know my sewing machines and was pleasantly surprised by all they do..Still lots to learn and enjoy my friend..Life is so much better when we accept ourselves as we are and take the time to finally enjoy life's little pleasures..Life is good isn't it?

People have asked me when I knew I was getting better and I don't have any idea. I just noticed over time that I was. Things didn't bother me. I too wondered if it would last and it seems to have. I have had a couple of panic attacks with pretty mild symptoms. more like mild panic than an attack. Strange thing is they happen when I forget to take calcium. I use a lot of calcium, probably because of the Arthritis so it may not be the calming affect so much as a foreign feeling from being low on calcium. It doesn't matter even if it is my imagination (placebo effect) as long as it works. I do know that if I go looking for a trigger I can find one. I also know I can make it go away. I found I was doing that without really noticing.

I like quilts and always have, always will. I have three and one blanket to keep the cats off my quilt. I've never had the time to make one, wouldn't even know where to start. I can see where it would be relaxing though.
I hope we will get to see it when you are finished.

Picking up were I left off and finishing a quilt I started making over 2 years ago..
I seem to be much more relaxing this time around and am learning things now that I was not able to learn before..I am surprised at how different it is this time around, like a fog has lifted or something. I seem to be much more present now.
I am enjoying it really and am crossing my finger that it lasts..
