Therapist

It's best to do your research and ask for a trial session before committing to a therapist.  Find someone that you can feel comfortable with, male or female, it's your choice.

Weekend Prep.

 Members,

Look out weekend, here we come!

This is the start of great long weekends of relaxing and playing. Are you ready to have fun? Are you ready to hang out with the family? Have you made any plans? Take these last few week-ends, before the great weather hits, and go over the program. Refresh your memory, your tips, tools and sessions.

Being ready for anything and challenging it, can help you progress through those tough days.   Sylvie, Bilingual Health Educator

Weekend Prep.

Members,   Need something to distract you?

Need something to keep you occupied?

Need to curb your boredom?

Need to give yourself something different?

Need to give yourself a break?

How about a hobby?

What do you like to do most? Have you ever wanted to take up a sport or craft?

This is the time to really check into your options. Take the weekend to do some research and once again make it about you. Find the right time, activity or enjoyment level for you as an individual.

Any exercise can be a beneficial and rewarding hobby, but don’t limit yourself, join a team, have a card night and tournaments. It is all about the fun factor and how much you can have!   Sylvie, Bilingual Health Educator
