Another bout

Okay, so it has been a few months since I have been to this site. I had a quit date and failed. But I refuse to stop trying and refuse to change my screen name. I have set a new date: February 25, my birthday. I can say that at least it gets a little (just a little) easier each time. This time I am trying some new things so that I can hopefully get to the root of my addiction. Please wish me luck and for those of you who pray, please pray for me. I look forward to the support once again. Have a great day! My quit date

Hello: So today is the big day! Good luck and just keep reminding yourself that it will get harder before it gets easier, but it will definitely get easier! Don't give in. quit date

Congrats, Stinky Smoker (no more): I would suggest that you change your profile to reflect your quit date so that you can keep track of your progress. Use this forum as much as you can. It is an amazing community for encouragement and advice. Good luck!
