I wasn't going to post anything about this , but I am having a really
hard time. I had a death in the family a couple of days ago. I haven't smoked and I know it will not do any good.
I will be traveling 1500 km to the funeral this weekend and am sitting at work so upset and stressed.

Hi All,
I am back from Alberta. My grandpa's funeral was a wonderful celebration of his life and very difficult at the same time.
I didn't smoke at all. I was able to spend as much time as possible with my grandma and other family while friends/extended family sneeked out for a smoke. I didn't think I would be able to get through it, but kept thinking 2 things 1) smoking won't make me feel better 2) my mom,dad and siblings are dealing with this without smoking, so I can too.
I guess I celebrated 30 days of quitting while I was gone.
