Still sleeping trouble, And I cry at the drop of a hat

Whynot, I can understand the not sleeping it is crazy and when I finally get to sleep I have this stupid dreams that make no sense or are about smokes. After a few nights of not sleeping well the emotions are bound to kick in. I was so exhausted on Friday of last week that I almost started crying at my desk. I was finding so hard to keep it together. Its crazy the things we are going through but it will be so worth it in the end. Take care Stay Smoke Free Jersy :)

Hello everyone I am back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey there It has been awhile since I have been here. I am still smoke free, I just had two horrible weeks with no time to chat. Both my kids and I came down with a nasty stomach flu. My daughter was first, then 48 hours it was my son and the of course I was next. The worst flu I have ever experienced. I lost a whole week of work trying to take care of everyone and myself. The following week needed to catch up at work and was too tired to chat at night. Anyway how is everyone, doing great I hope or at least good. I am on my last week of step one then moving to step 2. I still have moments but they are getting better. I have been chewing lots of gum on the weekends because I find them the hardest. I am so busy with work, the kids, homework, making lunches that even though I have moments I have to keep going. On the weekends it is more relaxing and harder to keep busy. Well let me know how you guys are. Take care Jersy ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/11/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 36 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 733 Amount Saved: $360 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 2 Mins: 6 Seconds: 31

Having a Rough Day

Hello everyone I am doing much better I have to admitt. I still have moments but not like Sunday when nothing seemed to be working. I will admitt though I am having a great day today!!!!!! I had a few cravings but they are not too bad. I can not return to smoking, this is not an option as per the "Doctor". I did quit for my own reasons and then a week later my test results said NO MORE SMOKING, EVER!!!!!!!!!! I do feel proud of myself but the patch has alot to do with it too. If could go back in time I would never put a smoke in my mouth but I am sure you all feel that way too. Thank god for work it really keeps me busy, especially since it is the end of the month. Anyway enough about me I feel like I am just babbling, how are you guys doing? Jersy ;)

Just feel like a smoke

Hello all its 21 days for me today and I feel great except once and a while this week I just felt like having a smoke. I was not fighting any urge or going through any withdrawl I just felt like having a smoke and that was that. Nothing triggered it either. I think it is weird. I could have went anytime and bought some or even got one from a co-worker but I didn't. It is strange to feel like that, I think anyway. Well I wanted to know if anyone else was going through that and if so how long will that weird and stupid feeling last? Anyone who has advice or insight on this please let me know. Take care Jersy P.S. It seem like each new week I approach, I seem to experience something different.
