Jaz I felt very spacey when I cut back. I had lurked at this post long enough to know it was par for the course. I just welcomed myself to space cadet camp and forged ahead. LOL Its a new adventure everyday. I'm on day 4. Obstacles to over come hurdles to jump. Jaz you are living a true reality show and the prize is your life. Play it to win.
My favorite is celery sticks. They have worked like a charm for me. I also like the baby carrots. I think the crunch in these foods helps with the frustration of learning new habits. For a treat I highly recommend the little grape tomatoes. :-))

I was having the same problem and found that taking my pills with a couple of tablespoons of yogurt was the answer for me.
