Hey All, I'm New Here

Jaz I felt very spacey when I cut back. I had lurked at this post long enough to know it was par for the course. I just welcomed myself to space cadet camp and forged ahead. carrots- go figure

My favorite is celery sticks. They have worked like a charm for me. I also like the baby carrots. I think the crunch in these foods helps with the frustration of learning new habits.
