A Question

I got some sores in my mouth as well. If it is not a serious medical condition, it is your mouth adjusting to not smoking. When you log in, mouth sores are listed. Check the box and a more detailed description will be on the following page (it will explain them better than I can!) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/8/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 62 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 936 Amount Saved: $260.4 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 18 Mins: 38 Seconds: 26

What saved your quit?

I honestly have to say that this website has saved my quit. I have thought of just that one (not often, but it has been there.) I know it is an addiction now, I know the thought WILL pass, and I know how many of you would be dissappointed in me for giving in to our greatest enemy. Plus, I want to be a role model for those just starting out with this journey. How far have you come ?

Had to join in, I figure I have not smoked about four thousand feet of cigs. (If they are around 4.5 inches, going by the last post.) I think that is close to a mile...OMG. I have to go wake up my husband and tell him.
