Dr. Anna suggests wheening yourself off the sleeping pills. Read up on what to do before bed time (ex. no caffine, exercise, stimulating activities, ect.) I have used melatonin in the past, it is a natural sleep aid, research that as well.
Last, but not least, don't talk yourself into having sleeping problems. Keep me posted.
