I smoked

Erika, Don't beat yourself up about smoking again. Its very hard to do. The very first time I tried to quit was many years ago, but i didn't even go for a day. This is my 4th attepmt. Hope i can stick to it. Today is 2 weeks for me. I get the cravings real bad still, but not as much. i have to fight, fight, fight. I want a drag soooooooo bad sometimes. So far i didn't. So hang in there. If you don't succeed, try try again. As they say on here...never quit quiting. Good luck girl.

Calorie Count Diet

I hope i don't gain any weight. I have to watch what i eat anyways, cause I'm a diabetic, & on the needles. I became a diabetic about 7 years ago. never had a weight problem, not into sweets, so i hope I stay this way. My food intake has not changed either, but still afraid of gaining weight. If i start gaining, It may drive me back to smoking. I can't help it. I don't like fat. Also being over weight for diabetics is not good.Good for you Phil, that you are doing so well.

IM BACK WITH AMMO!!!!! :)

Hi all, Can you tell me what Chantix is? never heard of it. By the sounds of it, it works well Am I right? Today I would like a smoke...again. My husband is in the worst mood, now I'm the worst mood, & I want a smoke to cheer me up. When I smoked, I really enjoed them. I wasn't a heavy smoker. I smoked half a pack a day...10-12 ciggs .You would think this would be easy for me, but nooooooooo why would it be.I am on the Ziban, at first the cigarettes tasted awful.Maybe they still do, I don't know, cause i haven't tried. But my friend she said the same thing. so she quit before her due date. After a few weeks , while stiil on the Ziban, she tried a smoke. It was so bad for her, that she threw up.She hasn't smoked since. It's been 7 years for her. If she could quit, anyone could. Her feet were not even out of bed, & she would light one. This is hard.

Today has been a bad day. I can't stop thinking about smoking. Why after more than 2 weeks? The first few days were not bad, then I cried for a week, this week didn't cry as much, but today is a bad one. This morning wasn't bad , but as time went on I stared thinking about those stupid smokes.I want a smoke so bad. Sometimes I think, I can't do this anymore. But then I start thinking about all the bad things about it.I used to smoke outside, I don't want to do that anymore. I don't want to spend the money on them anymore.I'm not caughing, plus I'm sleeping sooooo much better.I don't want to have to think about making sure I got my cigarettes with me when I go out somewhere. I want to be a non smoker, like most of my friends are.So why do I want one? Thinking about why do i want one, makes me more depressed.Does that make any sense? Does anyone feel the same way? :confuse: My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 16 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 201 Amount Saved: $72 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 22 Mins: 46 Seconds: 43

This is hard.

Thanks Windy. I got my reward, after all I saved $76.00 by not smoking. This is good .I would much rather spend the money on something I can wear or enjoy, what ever, instead of seeing ot go up in smoke. Again Thanks everyone for your support.
