My Milage:
My Quit Date: 5/5/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 37 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 740 Amount Saved: $185.00 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 3 Mins: 23 Seconds: 37
I am not sure what is in store for me as far as my quit goes because I have used the patch. I suppose I will experience some withdrawl when I complete the NRT (I am on step 3 - 7mg) but I absolutely feel MUCH stronger now than I did the first 2 weeks or so. Crossing over the month mark, I felt victorious for sure - I had never gone that long before in the 22 years that I smoked. So now in addition to wanting so badly to be smoke free I have a few days doing it that I am SO proud of and I don't want to give those back for anything, it really helps me get through the craves I do get - which are getting fewer and fewer.
Thank you to all of you who have posted on this thread, it reminds me where I have been and shows me where I am going!
:)
