Quitting Isn't the End of the World!

Lady GREAT post I think this is the best thing I have ever done for myself and for my family, yes at times it has been a little rough, but any thing is better than giving in to being a smoker and throwing your life away... I am up for the party and thanks for the post. Can't Decide - Patch or Cold Turkey Maybe Zyban? Help?

Hi meagan, I have tried the patch I felt like I was still smoking and when I came off the patch I started to smoke again. Then I went to wellbutren but had a major reaction to it (not everyone can take it) that was my 2nd fail @ not smoking. This time I went cold turkey and seem to be doing much better, maybe because this time I have no intensions of ever smoking again. What ever works for you is the important thing just keep thinking NOPE My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/2/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 19 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 255 Amount Saved: $95 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 18 Mins: 19 Seconds: 27
