Hug your Dog

Trailbum thats agood idea. My puppy was a reward for me and is the best distraction in fact a full time job going out to potty after eating, sleeping, playing etc. They have unconditional love . Will try going for walks when she gets a little bigger. She's still a 4 lb. furball. judy My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 217 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,656 Amount Saved: $434 Life Gained: Days: 31 Hrs: 6 Mins: 59 Seconds: 58

10/16 Quitter Winners are 1 week New today

I'm not in your group but thats a cute nameTober smobers. Congratulations on getting thru the first week..it's the hardest. Get yourself a reward it doesn't have to cost money like a pampering session or a dvd rental well that's pretty cheap. I don't have a parrot but I have a cockatiel who talks barks and does microwave and timer sound effects. Always a "hello" when I come in the door. judy :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 231 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,024 Amount Saved: $462 Life Gained: Days: 33 Hrs: 7 Mins: 52 Seconds: 45
