Good to see you here. Time for me to offer you some encouragement - That sounds so foreign !!! I was avoiding work and meetings for fear of panicking but your words (blunt, firm, encouraging, caring...) spurred me on and I have been doing it despite the tense muscles, dizziness and anxiety and panic attacks but we cant overcome what we dont face - who said that?? :-) I am sure you will be fine.
