Yes I have a tendency to minimize my worth and achievements. I am only just realizing it. om me and I felt that I had failed if I got 9 A'ds and 1 B at school. Talk about pressure! Growing up was hard - My dad expected a whole lot frMy therapist did tell me that I need to work on my attitude. It's funny you picked that out of my writing. It was a success because I managed to sleep. I will try to put your suggestions into practice today - Even though I feel like crap I will go through the day and get the things I need to get done done anyway.

You have some some trials Davit and you seem to have come out the other side ok. Where do you find the strength to be so generous with your time? advice?
I have done some research - most recommend valerian and kava kava. There isnt much information about dosage though.
In terms of foods that increase anxiety - I have given up drinking coffee and have cut way back on sugar. i have the occassional cookie though.I dont have much information on foods that reduce anxiety. Any ideas???
You are absolutely right - there are no short cuts. I would like something that doesnt have tons of side effects to help reduce the intensity of the sensations though. It's not fun walking around with a thumping heart and shaky insides and dizziness all day. :(
I will try the lemon balm tea - What happens if you drink more than two cups?

I have the same issue you have. I fall asleep and then I find myself awake an hour or so later and then struggle to get back to sleep. I take benadryl to help me sleep but it doesnt always work...
I notice though that exercise helps a great deal when I make the time to do it.
