Hi Maria,
This is a lovely poem.
I assume you have Native American heritage..
Can you get your Spirit Guides to get you out of the house and to destinations safely?
I never visualized the beach in this way.
My visuals are more like islands.
Sorry Maria, I am not sure, I am not a doctor.
I am on so many meds, that for me to come off just ONE, I would have to go into hospital so the rest could be adjusted.
Hi, Sara, it is nice to meet you. Thank you, and I am glad you enjoy the quotes. I have been posting 2 or 3 a week. Someday soon, maybe we could have one every day.

Sara & Maria - your posts remind me of this quote:

"Confidence doesn't come out of nowhere. It is a result of something...hours and days and weeks and years of constant work and dedication"

I think society does make it worse for those with certain disorders, but for me, no. I had this all of my life, Birth mother has it, and we struggled at a young age, with little or no help in this field. No one knew back then what it was about except for the cognocenti. We who had it, had to hide it or we would not or could not have been accepted into "society". And the society I had to be acceted into was truly "society", with all the positive and negative aspects thereof.
My adoptive parents had no understanding of this disorder, as they did not have it..I found someone early on in life who understood, and we are friends to this day..many, many years later. She has, and still does, help me to this day.
Anne-Marie, moving to the side of a mountain can be a wonderful experience, as long as you are not "running" from something. As we all know, you can run, but you can't hide. The "beast" abides within.Do you need someone to fish for you? LOL
