WOW! A half-marathon. What wonderful changes quitting has given. I know that I too am so grateful for all the blessings that come with the quit. Keep up the good work.
Occasionally I get a thought, but just a mild thought. Usually when I'm annoyed about something. Nothing like in the beginning. Plus now I can take a deep breath and that reminds me of why I quit.
