I've noticed that my hands go to sleep a lot more now

I notice that my hands go to sleep real easy and more often now.  Kind of like that tingly feeling from your funny bone.  Has anyone experienced this?  I'm sure it has something to do with circulation.

Cravings Diary After NRT

I would like to keep using the cravings diary after I am no longer using the patch, but there is not an option to choose for no NRT.  Please let me know what I should do?

Day One

Trashing your stash is the best thing you can do.  Get rid of the ashtrays too. I did the same when it came to cleaning the walls and all.  Yes it sure does build up.  Just keep yourself busy and keep up the good work.  It will get better.

Day 3 is proving pretty rough

Just like they say, this is hell week.  It will get better.  I cleaned my house every day for the first two weeks.  If it looked clean....I cleaned it again, just to keep me from thinking about that smoke.  Get online and start reading all the post, post yourself.  That way your hands are busy.  Call a friend and tell them what you are going through and ask for some moral support....they will give it to you...I know for sure we will give it to you.  You can do this...and it will get better.

So Happy to be here strutting my stats.  I really didn't think it would go this easy for me.  The patch really did help me get through the really really hard times, but after that, it's been pretty smooth sailing.    And you know what the funny thing is, I haven't gone crazy on anyone.....woooooo hooooo
