You have come to the right place and I fully agree with your rationale for a CT quit.
As I always say, smoking is a choice; if you wish to quit then just choose NOT to smoke and stick with it. You can do this, many here have and you are no different.

I remember now, back in October 2004 the site was "upgraded" and the number of posts for each member reverted to zero. You have to laugh, it upset some so much that the left the site, can you believe that? I guess losing your brahgging rights upsets some more than others!
Anyway, that's where all your early days posts went and why it's only in the teens today.
