Today, I'm doing MUCH better! I think I'm starting to get the hang of this diet thing. So far today, I have consumed 800 calories (about 100 more than yesterday at this time) and I feel great, I'm not hungry and I don't think I'm going to binge eat when it's dinner time.
I tallied up my calories from yesterday, including my binge last night after I got home, and for the day, I ate 1460 calories, but 1/2 of those were between 5 and 7pm. Today, I'm going to try to spread it out more.
Even if I don't lose the weight I want to lose, I think just this lesson in eating healthier is a good one for me to learn. I've completely cut out ALL mountain dew out of my diet!!! I honestly can't remember the last time I went an entire day without a mountain dew, but it would have to have been AT LEAST 11 years ago!! Today and yesterday, I haven't had any, and with the exception of the caffine headache I had yesterday from not having any mountain dew, I haven't really been missing it all that much. I've been drinking LOTS of water instead (8 glasses yesterday, working on 4 today). I think I might actually LIKE eating healthier!!!
