smlfree, Try and keep yourself warm, do some light exercises to get your blood circulating and moving. You should also make an appointment for a check up with your doctor, he/she'll be able to rule out anything medical. Sylvie, Moderator

i do have another question if anyone can help me . is it normal to be cold all the time in the first week and how long does it last. i don't seem to be able to get warm my hands are like ice and i always have the chills . Well i made it through the night and this morning is much better. they say my brother will be going home today from the hospital which makes me very happy. I also went for a long walk this morning and it seemed to help with the cravings . does anyone have any advise for the fatigue i'm feeling,i'm sleepy all the time . well i hope day three is better than day two.
