After 4 days .. which felt very much like hell week, I'm finally feeling so much better! :)
That nicodemon was hovering over me just waiting for me to cave to the crave! I DID NOT CAVE! By incorporating my new coping techniques - stepping down to 7 mg patch, new healthy crave cart, etc., and so importantly the incredible number of posts of support pouring in from a number of sites made it all possible to fend that nasty demon off!
Today is a new day .. I am no longer riding the rip tide, rather floating along the gentle waves into the shore. Couldn't have survived, what seemed like weeks (not 4 days) of so much angst, without all of you! Thanks to everyone who got me through it.
One thing I truly learned about this quit is that you can never let your guard down .. it can hit at any given moment and you must be armed with all your tools in place.
Thanks guys... You are all gems !
