Nice to hear from you and I am glad you still doing so well. When I quit I vowed not to eat everything in sight and so far I have succeeded. I joined a gym and not only did I not gain I have lost and toned it all up. Then I applyed for a new job and got it. I have now turned my whole life around and although there is still bumps in the road I am feeling better now that I quit, better than I have in years. Its not easy but its worth it!!
