2 days weights and 3 days cardio.. Whoot..The nice weather and now that it stays light out later has helped up my motivation..
My week is switched up b/c of my work schedule..
Monday - Weights
Tuesday - Off
Wed - Cardio
Thurs - Weights
Friday - Cardio
Sat - Cardio, but not at the gym, my Saturday job is quit active
Sunday - Off
