All last week I dealt with some severe financial matters which, luckily came out OK. Then Thursday night I had an unpleasant run-in with the law. I have been really stressed out ever since then dreading the Tuesday morning confrontation with my boss. I have been extremely nervous but haven't even thought about smoking. My wife still smokes in the garage but I am not tempted. Maybe my quit is permanent??? Rambler, Obviously you've developped some great coping mechanisms along the way. You've dealt with some pretty big stressors. Reward yourself for staying smoke free! Danielle ______________________ The SSC Support Team
