I used to have 2-3 cigs in the morning withmy coffee before taking my kid to school.. I switched from coffee to tea on my quit day and a few days later tried a coffee and it went well without a cigarette!
Like you said, take it slow, day by day, I promise it does get easier :P

I too, am on my 15th day.. I noticed the colour in my face but I thought it was just me imagining things, I guess not..
Im feeling the same things as you (with the excpetion of sleeping, it's been a bit out of wack) and it's lovely.. Congratulations and keep up the great work..
You should still have some special add in time for yourself, go get yourself a well deserved coffee/tea or special snack.. Or maybe a new purse to hold the wads of money your going to be saving.. That is what I did :)
