Members,

With the hot weather upon us your attention span may starts to shrink and your personal or professional life can be disrupted. Routines can be lost and your goals can be forgotten. It’s important to prepare yourself for the changes ahead to ease the transition.

Have a list of coping strategies readily available at all times. Don’t let a change in routine ketch you off guard.  When heading out for a day at the park or beach don’t forget to pack gum, water and snack in case an urge creeps up on us.
