Ive been doing good since I quit. 2 smokers in the house. So far that was ok because I stuck a fan in their room window to exhaust the smoke, but now that it is fall and cold the windows are closed and the fans are off. HACK HACK HACK. The smoke makes its way straight to my bedroom. That smell was kinda good at first but now it bothers me. The good news is.....Since I stopped smoking I have enough money to MOVE!!!!!!! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/18/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 120 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,213 Amount Saved: $720 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 20 Mins: 49 Seconds: 16

Best thing is to move out, I agree, you didn't beat the addiction to inhale second hand smoke :)Marie My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 125 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,882 Amount Saved: $500 Life Gained: Days: 16 Hrs: 13 Mins: 5 Seconds: 40

Greg, Congratulations on your 120 days smoke-free!!!! Keep those positive vibes leading you in your journey. That must have been really hard on you to live in a house where people smoke inside! My hubby still smokes, but never inside. He smokes only in the garage or out back. Even then, when I open up the door, I smell it. So, I understand partially what you are going through. I congratulate you on making the decision to move. That is a big deal. And I have confidence in you that you will get through that without smoking as well. Congratulations again!!! ;) 4my2girls What Consumes Your Thoughts Controls Your Life My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 225 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,765 Amount Saved: $735.75 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 3 Mins: 29 Seconds: 5

Greg, Like the song goes... "thank God and Greyhound you're gone.." :p Pack it up and leave those smoking losers to themselves! (um, no offense if they're family.. ;p ) Before quitting, it was close to 5 years since I smoked in my house. (and that was confined to a seperately ventilated room) The deck was my second home! Of my smoking friends, probably only 10-15% smoke in their house/apt, mostly because of children. Congrats on the 4 months quit!!! Best wishes. Be Strong. Be Smart. Greg - MOVE! If they smoke anywhere in that house you are being exposed to carcinogens. They really have no right to do that to you. Their addiction comes first to them. Your health is second. You need to step in and make sure that ain't so. Get out of there. You're a non smoker and don't need the exposure. Good for you Greg - you have your head on straight. Hi Greg, Nice stats...keep strong. I live with two smokers also...But, they smoke only in the garage or out doors. The thing is, they go out a lot!!!. They happen to be my Daughter and son-inlaw. So I feel anger each time they smoke. I hate the smell, the addiction, and them smoking. I have said way too much to them as it is. They do not want me speaking about quitting at all to them. So it is a closed topic, or I might find myself getting the boot to Move... :gasp: UFO My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 622 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 18,675 Amount Saved: $3732 Life Gained: Days: 69 Hrs: 23 Mins: 33 Seconds: 58
