4my2girls, First - congrats on those 185 days. That is a HUGE accomplishment and one that just keeps growing every single day. You have not smoked over 5,500 cigarettes which is no small feat. I am sorry that all these things seem to be happening at once. The truth is that the cigarette would truly, truly undermine all that you've worked toward. You would be so bummed out to be one of those smoking mothers it could NEVER be worth it. You are setting such a better example for your girls than you ever could by smoking. If you made a list of why you wanted to quit, please pull it out again. Something tells me that you have accomplished all those things. If you didn't write them down maybe now is the time just to remind you of how super cool it is that you don't smoke anymore. Think about all the things you've gained - sense of smell, higher energy, no more butts to pick up, healthy lungs, etc. Are you able to carve out some time for just nothing? A 20 minute walk or 15 minute bubble bath? A funny movie with the whole family? This can't last forever but we'll be here for you as long as it takes.
