Do have an emergency coping plan for the possibility of craves or triggers or desire, etc. It really helps to have written down your plan and to refer to it if times are difficult. Ice water like breather said or I like hot water, but I'm really weird...and often freezing, lol! Tootsie pops, celery, carrots, and/or sugar free gum all help, too. Again, congratulations! DeniseK
