Don't beat yourself! There is no need for that. You are making the decision to quit and that is gret. I should be ashamed of myself but I smoked during my pregnancies. I think I smoked like 8 cigarrettes a day. Both my kids were low weight but in the normal range. But because I am a slim person I told myself that I should have slim babies
My kids are in great health but anyway, you need to quit. But quit for yourself. For your selfesteem, your health, your life expectancy. It's easier to control the quit if it's a "selfish"act. Imagine I quit for my husband, and then I get into this terrible fight. The addict in me will say: have a smoke you don't deserve to be unhappy without cigarrettes; he doesn't deserve your "sacrifice".
That is the reason I made my quit all about me. No other reason. I cannot blame others if I fail.
You have received great advice. So go trough my Program and once you have no doubts about the decision to break apart from the nasty addiction, JUMP iN! We are rooting for your success!
