Welcome Nicoteen--I appaud your great decsion to give up this lousy habit at a young age!

My daughter and son in law quit 1.7 years ago and never looked back (they are 25)....now they can't stand to be around it...& the great news is that any damage that was done will be reversed!!!!

Coming here has been the biggest positive factor in my quit---hope you will find it useful too. Lots of wisdom and encouragement in the threads.

Drink lots of water & lots of deep breaths & just don't smoke!!!!!

Welcome,
Deb

Hi to California!
Welcome Nicoteen!

I'm an oldie too but new in my quit. Believe me.... I sure wish I had quit when I was young!
Every single person on this site will say the same thing.
Quit while you are ahead!

We are right here and ready to help anytime. It's a really great place for encouragement.
The program is really good... you do the worksheet and plan a good quit. It will also
provide you with a quit meter. It's very fun to watch it progress!

We hope to keep hearing from you! !!!
