Hi everyone, I was here almost a year ago, I had almost 60 smoke free days until I got stressed at work and couldn't stop crying, so I thought smoking was the answer and we all know where that led. This time I am back and going to to try hard with the patches and prayer. I started my new quit on Feb. 4th and so far it hasn't been too bad, I have already had to cut the patches back because of body aches and I only wear them for about 10 hours a day and praise the Lord I am doing well. I think last time I tried to rush things, in the second month of my last quit I had to have a pacemaker then I pushed the Dr. to let me go back to work, now I am just taking it one day at a time. sorry this is so long
