Carlos Alberto, Congratulations on quitting again! With every step you are getting closer to your last quit. And...if you need to spend less money with this new job, what better way than to ditch those cigarettes. :) If things get tough, come here and post before you buy any cigarettes. You are setting a great example for your kids - no matter how hard something seems, it can be achieved if you just keep trying! All the best My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/5/2004 Smoke-Free Days: 1120 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 22,400 Amount Saved: $5,040.00 Life Gained: Days: 85 Hrs: 13 Mins: 5 Seconds: 59

Hi Carlos :) I think getting started is the hardest part and you've done that so now it's just a matter of keeping it going... Some would say, "one day at a time." I prefer "one moment at a time." Good luck! See ya around :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 5 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 150 Amount Saved: $29.25 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 12 Mins: 41 Seconds: 20

Hi Carlos! You have not let us down, only yourself, because your quit is not about us, its about you! Do this for yourself Carlos. You are an addict. Once you realize that, you are half way there. You can never have another puff, ever, that's what you need to learn. I have done the same thing, once I realized that I cannot ever have another puff it made my quit so much easier. Change your routine, the new job should help. Do things just a little differently. Have a peppermint after a meal. Suck om a straw. It all helps. You can do it Carlos. Do it for you! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 178 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,450 Amount Saved: $1,877.90 Life Gained: Days: 21 Hrs: 19 Mins: 52 Seconds: 40
