Hello Sam, Friend, I do believe that We All go through the same thing on this website, I quit over 4 years ago, and I still remember the sleepless hours that I put inn, Gosh, it seemed like for 6 months that I'd wake up at 3 or 4;00 a,m, in the morning wide awake, and I would come into my living room and sit on the couch with a coffee table in front of me, and I'd take a note pad, and I would spend and hour writeing a topic for the day's forum, until I would get sleepy, and then go back to bed, and it was like a routine thing for me, and the funny thing about it, My Wife who still smokes, and smokes today, would leave Her cigerettes on the coffee table, when I'd be writing, And I'd just throw a towell or newspaper over them and keep right on writing,
You know Sam, You got to sacrafice Yourself, If You want to kick this addiction bad enough, and Gosh, did I want my smoking to end, 40 years I puffed on those cancer sticks, I Thank the lord today that I'm still here, and in good health, So grit Your teeth, and get the Eye of the Tiger, For every week, every month, will get better and better and better for You, Take it from a Pro, I've been there, You Gotta do the Time, If You want to live a long time,
Sam, I love Your ''Live, Laugh, and Love,''' I didn't start doing that until I quit smoking, and found out Who I was, Good luck in Your journey Sam, Smokeless In Oklahoma :)
