Members, Just a gentle reminder to check with your physician or pharmacist before beginning any herb or supplement. Natural alternatives can provide great therapeutics affects but they can also interact with medication or aggravate certain medical conditions. Be safe! Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

Thank you Healer for that info .. I just looked it up and I'm going to the store soon to see if it's available here in Toronto .. Canada. I would rather go the natural route :) xo My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 8 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 160 Amount Saved: $58.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 22 Mins: 21 Seconds: 6

Rescue Remedy for sleep has helped many of my clients and unlike many homeopathic remedies, the Bach's Flower Essences are natural (read all labels, and Bach's is not for pregnant women)... It is amazing the remedies from this line, read about them online. Sweet Dreams! Handy, Taking the patch off at night will help you sleep much better. If you find that you crave first thing in the morning, try changing your morning routine. I get into the shower & brush my teeth first thing, even if I'm still half-asleep, but do whatever works for you. Also, if you're on the strongest patches, even if you do take them off before bed, expect some sleep disturbances until you step down. I'm on 7's now & sleeping great!! Yuo're doing awesome, hang in, the worst will soon be over! Shutterbug, are you on chantix? I've never tried it but lots of people here who have, have posted about sleep problems. Some even quite awhile after they've finished with the meds. You're doing it, keep it up & it is SO worth it. I finally slept last night - but I didn't put on a new patch last night and I think that has alot to do with it. Everyday it is getting a little bit easier. I'm a quiter. Shutter, This is normal and will pass. Try keeping busy throughout the day and putting those relaxation techniques to use before bed. Start a bedtime ritual for you and your body. You may also need to take some rest during the day. Naps are perfect for healing :) Josie, Support Specialist
