let's think about this... Quitting smoking is one difficult journey through hell several times (or more)... for many of us, quitting is the most difficult thing we've done.
This addiction is really no different in my mind, than heroin...that needle hanging out of your arm? An addiction that rules our lives day and night... we leave our friends, kids, family - to go smoke. People on oxygen turn it off to smoke after being diagnosed with lung cancer?
Keep a back-up pack? I have a feelin, and am really hoping Rusty will be along soon to shed some light...
NO backup pack, friend. You smoke or you don't. Why would a non-smoker have a pack of cigs...?
