Hey Jer, Its goin to be ok. You fall we help you get back up again. You know you can do it. Didnt that first cigarette taste disgusting! You dont want to go through those withdrawls again do you? I shudder thinking about having to go through all that again, it was hell for me. Just know its going to be ok Jer. One step at a time. :) Celeste My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 5 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 137 Amount Saved: $51 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 11 Mins: 30 Seconds: 23

I too, am back on the wagon. I took the cigs I had left, put them in water, and threw them away. I am so tired of dealing with this issue day in and day out. It's stressful and I just want to get to the point where I no longer even think about cigarettes. I know I have a long ways to go before I get to that point, as this is my first day in quitting, so I'll be posting often, because I KNOW I'm going to need the support from people who understand and are feeling the same things as I am. SUPER!!!! I went through the same thing earlier this week. Since then I have thought "That was easy---let me do it again." But have been really, really good. The one thing I remember most about that slip was I woke up the next morning feeling like I stunk and like I had eaten a *#@%burger the night before! I'm so proud of you for coming back!

I am the little engine that could :) I quit smoking on July 16, 2006 at 7:47pm. It has been 52 minutes, since I quit. Had I not quit smoking, I would have: * Smoked 1 cigarette (That's like smoking a 0 foot long cigarette) * Spent $0.15 on cigarettes * Inhaled 10 mg of tar * Inhaled 1.1 mg of nicotine (That's like doing 15 hits of nicotine) * Inhaled 11 mg of carbon monoxide * Taken an additional 6 minutes, and 24 seconds off my life

I am back on the wagon. I threw the rest of my cigarettes away. We are still kind of quitting at the same time Tina, don't worry. I don't want to smoke or drink anymore. I think I got it out of my system last night and this morning and I am recovering from drinking too much and now I just have to take it one day at a time again. I know I can do it, I just have to stop making bad choices. I quit smoking on July 16, 2006 at 7:47pm. It has been 6 minutes, and 3 seconds since I quit. Had I not quit smoking, I would have: * Smoked 0 cigarettes (That's like smoking a 0 foot long cigarette) * Spent $0.02 on cigarettes * Inhaled 0 mg of tar * Inhaled 0 mg of nicotine (That's like doing 1 hits of nicotine) * Inhaled 0 mg of carbon monoxide * Taken an additional and 44 seconds off my life
