Fairy, CONGRATULATIONS on 60 days! I love green teas, especially a nice Jasmine Green Tea. One thing you have to be aware of: Tea can be higher in caffeine than coffee, cup for cup. Also, contratulations on being done with the patch, and having the nicotine out of your system. That's a major accomplishment in itself. Thanks so much for all your support everyone. I truly appreciate it, if it weren't for all of you I don't know what I would do! Since nothing in my life has been the "same" since my quit I decided to start completley over and be "healthy" now also. Iv'e allready lost three pounds in four days.
