The "urges" will diminish in both intensity and frequency over the next several days. The "junkie thinking" will continue longer, though. That's the thoughts that say you may be one of the lucky ones that smoking won't hurt, or you can have just one (for whatever reason), or that things were easier when you smoked, or ....
Just hang in there, Fran. And don't hope you can be a quitter, too. You haven't smoked for 3 days, your [b]are[/b] a quitter, right now. :)
