HELLO To all, Just wanted to tell everyone that i have stopped having my cigs now for 7 days, I have chosen the cold turkey method, been reading your support to all people in these forums, had to sign up and tell everyone i to im getting cravings to fire one up, Im fighting it so far And already breathing better, sleeping better too. No coughing, hacking, during the nite and not in the mornings either, That feels great but is still hard to cope with the cravings which im sure u all are. I hope everyone will make it to that goal we are all shooting for NO MORE CIGS EVER AGAIN!! Keep up the great work to all quitters and supporters!!! And thank u for letting me talk to u about my problems. Hi Judy: Hang in there...we are all wishing you success. I am in day 7 and I still feel like screaming and kicking...but posting my feelings really help...makes you feel that you are not ALONE on this journey..Keep telling yourself...one more craving that I have survived...Melody My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/27/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 7 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 158 Amount Saved: $21 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 19 Mins: 35 Seconds: 59

Hey Judy I'm at day 14, it feels better every day and just think, soon you will be just like it never happened, I know it can be irritating but your are in control of your body , not the other way around, it may not seem that way at the moment but don't give up. with every new sunrise you get stronger, hey your sense of smell will come back and all the other things, like taste, not to mention you will be proud of yourself and much more. I like that slogan NOPE not one puff ever, just keep saying that and check this site , write someone else, when we encourage csomeone it helps us too. Judy, Stoppin's right, day 7 is much better than day 6. You can not smoke just for today, can't you? Don't worry about tomorrow or any other day, just today. Just for today you can not smoke. gpw My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/14/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 20 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 308 Amount Saved: $80 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 21 Mins: 36 Seconds: 39

Judy, we all get 'cravings' but i guess time heals. The key is to embrace & enjoy the process of being a non-smoker, It is only then that you will be able to win this emotional battle in the search for inner peace. Fight the good fight ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 399 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 9,979 Amount Saved: $2593.5 Life Gained: Days: 57 Hrs: 4 Mins: 41 Seconds: 22
