Keep up the good work and attitude Wazz, remember we are tougher than this addiction and we have to many things to live for and enjoy. I'm only 48 and have 2 grandchildren that I want to keep up with, and I would like to see them grow up!! Hang tough, think of this as only a moment in time, much like going to the dentist, we dread going but hang in there through the procedure and then when all is said and done we wonder why we were so distressed. Keep it up!

You're doing really well Wazz It sounds like you've come to this with the positive attitude you need. It's amazing how quickly it gets better! Just keep on doing what you're doing and not doing what you're not doing and you should be OK. Hi there Wazz! You are doing so awesome! Day 3 was definitely the hardest for me, and then it got way easier! The first couple of weeks I slept, ate, and was on the computer A LOT! Now I'm starting to get back to normal, sort of. Anyway, don't worry about that stuff for now, the most important thing is your quit, and you are doin' it!!! Well, stick with us Wazz. You are over the worst of it. The first three were the worst for most folks. You're in the right place! Now just relax and take it one day at a time, and you will be shocked at how fast time goes by! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 246 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,150 Amount Saved: $2,595.30 Life Gained: Days: 30 Hrs: 1 Mins: 29 Seconds: 24

My mains reasons for quitting are because I hate being controlled and addicted. I want better health and Im sick of paying so much money to other for ciggs. They almost cost the same as drugs do now. Just plain sick of smoking. I have had enough. Doesnt mean it will be easiy but I will fight harder than I have in the past. Hey Wazz, I feel your pain and confusion, and sleepiness. What are your reasons for quitting? Are you willing to have a few uncomfortable weeks to save your lungs damage from smoking? Smoking kills, bottom line. Your doing great, keep posting your thoughts, we are here for you!!
